A.E Dowse & Son is a well-established firm of auctioneers selling fine art, antiques and general chattels. Based in the centre of Sheffield and easily accessible from junction 33 of the M1 motorway.
Established in 1915 by Arthur Edward Dowse, we are now in our third generation of Dowse auctioneers. Specialising in fine art and antiques, we also have monthly house contents auctions and quarterly toy auctions, among other events.
All auctions are held on Saturdays. Parking and refreshments are available all day. Our diverse auction calendar enables us to successfully sell any chattel, from the finest painting to modern furniture and effects.
